TONES SPA is committed to protecting your privacy. At your first visit you will be asked to fill out a form to assist us in providing you with the best level of service. This information is used for internal purposes only, such as studing our customer's preferences. We may also use your information to contact you for account and promotional purposes.
RETURN POLICY Refunds or exchange should be done within 7 days from the day of the purchase. After 7 days only exchanges will be allowed. All items returned or exchanged should be unopened and not damaged. All refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Gift certificates/spa packages/services are non refundable.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND SPA FINDER CARDS Must be presented before service(s). If you received a Gift Certificate via email you must bring in a printed copy of the certIfIcate we cannot redeem Gift Certificates on your telephone for security reasons.
SPA ETIQUETTE Upon arrival please turn off any communication devices such as cell phones or pagers. Tones Spa makes every effort to provide you and all guests with a peaceful and relaxing environment.
ARRIVAL TIME At your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow yourself time for registering.
LATE ARRIVAL TIME Late arrival will reduce the time for your treatment as services must be completed by the designated end-time in order to accommodate the next guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PROCEDURE All guests are required to provide 24 hour notice. I f not given, 50% of the service will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If appointment is cancelled day of service or no show the full payment 100% of such service will be charged to credit card provided at the time of booking,
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS Pregnancy or any health concern should be informed to our staff at the time of booking. We suggest that you avoid spa treatments during your first trimester of pregnancy. After this period please notify our staff of your physician recommendations.
GRATUITIES If our staff exceeds your expectations and creates a pleasant experience, gratuties are greatly appreciated. The standard practice for excellent service ranges from 15-20% gratuity. Envelopes can be found at the front desk or you can hand it directly to your therapist. Gratuties cannot be charged on credit cards.
